RETURN/ SHIPPING POLICY

Sew Perfect Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking or in store pick up information will be sent to you directly when your order is fulfilled.

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

  • Please allow 5-8 business days for shipping.

  • Please allow up to 8-10 business days for processing and shipping during store sales and promotions. ***Please note: This does not include custom invoice orders. We will notify you of the processing and shipping time before placing your order. An invoice will be sent directly to you.

  • Once your order is placed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • Business days are considered Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. All orders placed over the weekend or federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.

  • Order processing is completed in the order in which they are placed in our system.
